Yes, we customize vehicles as per special requests regarding features and aesthetics with reasonable lead times, provided it doesn't involve chassis modification.
2. What are the warranty terms?
We provide a 1-year general warranty. For failures, we cover repair costs if feasible locally, or send free replacements including freight coverage.
3. Do you provide spare parts after the sale?
Yes, we provide all spare parts for at least 5 years after a model's production stops. A detailed parts manual is supplied for easy selection.
4. Is technical support available?
Absolutely. We provide technical support via email and phone. If necessary, we can arrange for engineers to provide on-site assistance.
5. How are vehicles handled for assembly (SKD/CKD)?
For SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) orders, reassembly is straightforward bolt-and-nut work. For high-volume orders, we can provide instruction personnel.
6. What is the standard payment term?
Typically, we require a 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% T/T before container loading. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
