Yes, we customize vehicles according to special requests regarding features and design, provided it does not involve chassis modification.

What is the warranty term?

We provide a 1-year standard warranty. For failed parts, we either cover repair costs or send free replacements including freight. Lithium batteries carry a 3-year warranty.

Do you provide spare parts after the sale?

Yes, we provide all spare parts for our vehicles, even up to 5 years after a model has ceased production. A parts manual is provided for easy selection.

Is technical support available?

Yes, we provide comprehensive technical support via email and phone. If required, engineers can be dispatched to your location for complex issues.

Can vehicles be purchased in SKD or CKD form?

We offer SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) which is simple to reassemble with basic tools. CKD is only available for customers with professional assembly capabilities and higher volumes.

What are your standard payment terms?

For new customers: 30% T/T deposit upon order, and 70% T/T before loading. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted. Terms are more flexible for long-term partners.
