Q2. What is your warranty term? Answer: We provide a 1-year general warranty. For failed parts under warranty, we cover repair costs or send replacements including freight costs. Lithium batteries carry a 3-year warranty.

Q3. Do you provide after-service spare parts? Answer: Yes, we provide all spare parts for our vehicles, even up to 5 years after production has ceased. Parts manuals are provided for easy identification.

Q4. Do you provide technical support? Answer: Yes, we provide comprehensive technical support via email and phone. If necessary, we can arrange for engineers to visit your location.

Q5. Can you handle OEM orders? Answer: Yes, we accept OEM orders provided the quantity is reasonable (typically 300-500 units annually).

Q6. What are the payment terms? Answer: Our standard term is T/T 30% deposit upon order confirmation and T/T 70% before container loading. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
