QWhat are the trade and payment terms?
We normally work on EXW, FOB, CFR, or CIF terms. Payment is typically 30% by T/T as down payment and 70% before shipment, or via L/C at sight.
QWhat is the delivery lead time?
For standard configurations, the delivery time is approximately 20 working days. For customized configurations, it ranges from 30 to 40 working days.
QCan the vehicle color be customized?
Yes, the vehicle can be painted in any color as per the client's request. We require a color number from the customer, with a maximum mix of 2 colors per vehicle.
QWhat kind of warranty is provided?
We provide a 1-year warranty on our vehicles, which covers most components except for easy-broken parts.
QHow are the vehicles and parts shipped?
Vehicles are mostly transported by sea or railway for landlocked countries. Spare parts are dispatched via air or international couriers like DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
